Flying yellow ribbons in the hotel

530 pieces of clothes donated by staff of Shanghai Hotel and around 200 new blankets donated by the hotel were sent to the disaster area. Under the guide of Cui Xin, General Manager of the hotel, the donated articles were wrapped in the shape of big candies, decorated with yellow ribbons, a symbol of tenderness and care.

At the reception desk in Grand Skylight, an eye-catching initiative states:"Fight the earthquack and provide disaster relief with endless love and care", inviting hotel guets to participate in the "yellow ribbon" prayer activity. In less than one hour after the initiative was hanged out, all 150 yellow ribbons at the reception desk were given out. The hotel turned into a yellow ocean.
