• Language skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/li>
• business qualifications:familiar with all food & beverage service techniques, competent in planning and designing restaurant services; capable of leading, organizing, innovating, communicating, training employees and solving problems with customers
• educational background:junior college or above
• working experience:four-year or above experience in four-star or above hotels as this same position or Chinese food manager; two-year or above experience as western food manager

Job description:

• assist food & beverage director to manage, make or carry out all the plans related to food & beverage service
• examine managers of different levels inside the department, implement the incentive plan and train employees
• hold meetings about management, costs, human resources regularly
• check the management of all the sub-departments and the quality of products
• understand the target market, customers’ needs
• trengthen the business management and improve the service quality
• make promotion plans and enlarge the sales channels; increase the sales volume
